Precaucions per a l’ús segur dels ganxos

1. Elganxo should be manufactured by a formal professional factory in accordance with the technical conditions and safety specifications of the ganxo, and the product should have the quality certificate of the manufacturer, otherwise it is not allowed to be used.
2. The new ganxo should be subjected to a load test, and the opening of the measuring ganxo should not exceed 0.25% of the original opening.
3.During use, check whether the ganxo is cracked or severely deformed, corroded and worn.
4. Elganxos’ha de provar un cop a l’any. Durant la prova, realitzeu una prova estàtica d’1,25 vegades la càrrega de treball permesa durant 10 minuts i comproveu-la amb una lupa o altres mètodes. No hi ha d’haver esquerdes, esquerdes ni deformacions residuals.
5. Les tres seccions perilloses s’han de netejar amb querosè. Utilitzeu una lupa per veure si hi ha esquerdes. Per a placaganxos, comproveu si hi ha desgast dels casquets i passadors.
6. Defects on the ganxo shall not be repaired.
